The first photo is the back of the ski jumping venue - I was constantly fascinated with the huge amount of temporary structures erected for the fans - all on the side of a mountain no less.

The middle photo is the cross country start & finish.

The photo on the right is the lovely signage that is everywhere in Whistler and Vancouver. I just love the green & blue designs - they are so upbeat and colorful. The volunteers have on blue/turquoise coats with the same swirling designs, you can always find them cheerful and helpful. Of course we did find that if you asked directions, we got as many different answers as the number of folks asked.
